What's the story?

I established Frozen Fat Freeze in 2023 after a long career in the RAF. This gave me the foundations in first aid and the passion in health and well-being to start the company. Since then I have gained industry recognised qualifications in Anatomy and Physiology, Health and Safety and a Level 4 Fat Freeze Diploma.

I believe that being happy with your body has a profound affect on mental health and happiness along with the huge medical benefit's associated with losing weight.
